VE.BUS has stopped reporting AC1 power

All was fine on my Multiplus-II 12/3000/120-50 until I repeated a test during which I unplugged the unit from the grid. As expected L1 data went to zero. After I restored power, the L1 power data remained at zero, even after the unit has gone to Float. I tried doing a VE.BUS restart, no change.

Note this is being reported by the Cerbo. To eliminate it from the problem, I direct cabled the MK3-USB into my PC and cranked up VE Configure:

Note the 0VA power and IMains number, although voltage is being shown. Given that I'm typing this via a connected computer that is drawing ~300W, these numbers are wrong (that, and the numbers reported correctly before I did the grid outage test scenario). Other statistics appear to be fine.

VictronConnect, via the MK3-USB, is showing the same thing:

Per Cerbo screens, this is Product ID 2705 at firmware level 508

How can I recover?

ps. Tried a full system power cycle via the on/off switch. No change.

pps. Was playing with Grafana (I know, not supported), but noticed two things. One, it was reporting at one point: 1710012259025.png

and two: Per the influxdb, the values are currently simply not being supplied. e.g. influxdb has no data points for AC L1 In power.

Apparently the pins in the Current Sense connected needed resetting. Inserted an appropriate size probe and the problem went away.

Should have mentioned: This solution was compliments of Dexter over at Current Connected, who responded to my concerns on a Saturday night! Great service!
