Why does my inverter show state off?

System was working great. This morning woke up and the cerbo shows inverter off no AC input no AC loads. We are currently plugged in on Shore power.

we have 2 12v 2000/80 Multiplus inverters in parallel

any help would be great

Many possible causes.

What was the last data recorded?

Any LEDs on?

At this point it is just guessing.
