Display .VCSF file as text?

I'd like to post the settings of my SmartSolar 100|50 to my battery manufacturer's site to see if the setting are correct. I saved the settings as a .vcsf file, but it is not human readable. Is there a way to show it as plain text that I could cut & paste into an email or FB post?
