We have a customer wanting to update parts. Removing the VE BUS BMS for a new lynx smart bms 1000.
They existing batteries are 2017 300 ah lithium smart batteries and fully charged with all cells at 3.5 volts yet we get a loe cell voltage alarm.
When we bypass all 3 batteries it clears so we know it's not the BMS.
The problem comes up with any one of the 3 batteries.

Unless you have fully charges your batteries to the point Victron Connect has reported that the battery is "Balanced" your batteries have not been fully charged.
Follow the procedure outlined in the Manual to recover imbalanced batteries. Report back any success or fail.
