MQTT fail to connect 3.20

Hi All,

updated to 3.20 release and my openEVSE charger will no longer connect to the MQTT broker in Venus - just sits at "not connected".

Rebooted openEVSE etc and couldn't get it to work connect at all.

Rolled Venus back to 3.14 and it worked again. moved back to 3.20 without changing anything else and it fails to connect again. Roll back to 3.14 and it works again.
