Smartsolar MPPT 100/30 failed to update to v2.19 now stuck at v1.39 with no bootloader version.

I have several victron devices, today I went to check on them and they all needed to update to v2.19. My BMV 712 updated correctly and my smartsolar 100/15 updated correctly, but my Smartsolar 100/30 failed to update to v2.19 and is now stuck at v1.39. When I open the app I see all three devices and I go into the 100/30 device but it does not ask to update, when I click product details it shows firmware at V1.39 and does not show any bootloader version. How do I update this device now?

1.39 is the latest FW for the MPPT
