What sort of efficiency should I expect from a 120vac 200w load from a 230vac multiplus-ii then stepped down through the autotransformer. Does the autotransformer have an idle current draw when there is no load?
I seem to remember I could easily change the frequency with my old multiplus-ii 48/3000 120v, can the easysolar-ii 48/3000 230v be adjusted between 50hz and 60hz?
I would like to have 230v and 120v off grid on a yacht where I am limited with solar so I am trying to design the most efficient system with both.
