ERROR uploading the remote configuration file to VRM from VEConfigure

Hello! We are havibg trouble trying to upload the configuration in the VRM portal.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

What file exactly are you trying to upload? Check if you selected more than one...

Can you please confirm that you followed the step by step here and have watched the video?
