New SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 not showing in VRM

I have just added a new SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 to my system and for some reason it won't show in VRM. It showed up right away on my Touch50 so I know it is communicating. My system consists of a CerboGX/Touch50, BMV-712, SmartShunt (running in energy monitor mode to monitor my 3rd party solar controllers), Multiplus 2x120, GX Tank-140 and a USB hub with a Bluetooth dongle. The 100/50 is connected via a VE.Direct to USB adapter to the Hub as is the Tank-140.
All devices except the 100/50 show in the VRM Device list.

Did I miss something or any suggestions as to why it isn't showing?

Hmmm.. Must be something to do with the USB. Switched to VE.Direct all the way and it's working.

Was hoping to use USB as I am out of VE.Direct ports on the Cerbo.
