The Orion TR Smart app states that you can enable and disable charging.
Battery charger switched on
"• Charger mode is activated/deactivated via this toggle switch. If charger mode is deactivated, the batteries are not charged".
If you do this in the App, the App will say that this is not allowed, only in special situations. Is it allowed or not?
Hi @jkb the toggle switch is a hard on/off. If the switch is off it’s off. The software switch will reset after a power cycle. Hence the warning given the variable nature of the power input and the potential for the unit to unintentionally turn itself on.
