in the online vrm I have this view on the dashboard.
Can anyone tell me whether I can find this data in modbus or mqtt, or how the forecast data is determined so that i can assemble it myself.

I can find data in modbus or mqtt equal in VRM
As far as I know this data is calculated in the VRM not locally so they are not available on modbus.
https://flows.nodered.org/node/victron-vrm-api might have some of the data you’re looking for.
