Our Honda has a 70Ah EFB battery which is about one year old. It was not used for a year. Mostly I reloaded the battery with a old Ctec device, about once a month. But now we made a large trip. The second day, the starter didn`t do anything. After a few tries, car suddenly startet. Service guy checked voltage (Loading 14,3V, switched off 12,3V) and recommended recondition, because bat is sulfated and acid is arranged in layers.
Could I use a Blue smart 12/7 to fix ist? or other proposal?
Can I adjust the recondition voltage to 16V to brake the sulfate?
