Hi, we're running a Victron solar system in Panama and have had some issues with communication to the Cerbo GX. Even with an active SIM card, or troubleshooting with an active SIM we can resolve the communication alarm. We power cycled the Cerbo, reset the network configuration settings, and tried to connect via the victron app but were were still unable to resolve the connection issue. The system is still running we can see the performance of the solar charger and the BMV 712. Just some issue with communication. Any suggestions on what the issue could be and how to go about resolving it?
