I'm not able to insert the T-sense wires into my multiplus. I've pushed them hard but don't want to damage them. They just refuse to snap/lock into place.
Suggestions?

I think those are screw terminals. If you look at the right hand side you can probably see the heads. The bottom block of 4 terminals pulls out gently towards you, but it's stiff when new.
