I'm still getting a low battery warning even after I changed the standard Battery size (200) to 1630kWh. When the warning comes the battery is still at 87%. !?!
which setting am I missing?

Are you using ESS and if so the following post may provide an answer as it describes how the low battery warning works under ESS, nothing to do with capacity but voltage.
