Victron Phoenix 12/3000 no 230v output

My inverter stopped working after 6 weeks of use. Suddenly there is no 230v any more. All LED are off. The 12v supply and the bridge connected. All wires are OK. I can connect to the device via mk3 and pc. I can see the status is off, but can't do anything here. Desperate to find someone who can help me out.

try disconnect the battery and then wait 30 min then reconnect.

otherwise return it to who you purchased it from for checking and or replacement
