Does CCGX have the ability to send files in XML or CSV format to a different type of DATALOGGER?

I believe vrm api provides csv files however I'm not aware of a native solution but imagine this would be easy in node red.
I imagine if it's a realtime data logger you may be better off setting up an interface/listenting device. ie have the Data logger listen to the CCGX mqtt topics to record the data live rather than periodically sending csv files.
