Victron Charger not charging batteries from shore power following power failed

Our Victron Quattro 12/5000/220-100/100-120VE is no longer charging our marine batteries from shore power following a power failure. How do we reset the Charger so that it charges the batteries from shore power?

If you switcht it into charger only does it connect to grid and start charging?
