Hi,
I currently have an issue with a remote site which is running a Teltonika Router and Surveillance Equipment where I cannot access the router or surveillance due to a IP address update and a failed dynamic dns update on the WAN side.
The Venus GX is still reporting to the VRM Portal and I can access the remote control feature.
Is there a way I can get the WAN IP from the Venus GX through the VRM Portal or is there a ping utility embedded in the Venus GX? I could ping my remote IP and just monitor the firewall to see which IP it originated from which would result in the WAN IP of the remote site.
Hope someone has a solution, otherwise it'll be a trip to site.
