MultiPlus2 15000VA overload by small load

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else facing the following problem and what solutions have you found :

I have a MultiPlus 2 15000VA / 48V ESS system, that goes into overload due to low-power electrical consumers like coffe machine 1500w, or kitchen mixer 500w.These small electrical loads induce the inverter into overload and cause the short circuit protection of the BMS to trip.(these consumers are tested and work normally in other conditions, without inverter /insulation resistance tested, inrush current tested . )

I tried using some snubbers on those loads but I got a slight improvement in behavior but not consistently.

On the other hand,the MultiPlus behaves absolutely normally with a 2kW water pump or other larger consumers.

Has anyone encountered similar problems and what solutions could be applied?

I would check AC wiring then. Gauge? Voltage? Does it drop under load?

DC wiring gauge? Torque on connections? Also voltage drop under load.

Neutral connection. Neutral earth bond. Is there voltage between?

Any live neutral mixup in the circuit? Doe sit happen inverting or also when connected to grid.
