Step up converter from 18v to AC 230V

Hi folks, I have a few 18v power tool batteries of a popular brand. I am looking for a way to step up the voltage from 18v to 230v, and provide output via a Schuko socket. I came across these inverters and they seem ideal to me: Phoenix 12/250 and Phoenix 24/500. The first has an input voltage between 9.2-17V. The latter has han input voltage 18.4-34V. Does that mean that I am out of luck and non of these inverters will accept 18v input voltage?

I understand that power tool batteries are not directly compatible with Victron devices, however any advice how to step up the voltage from 18v to 230v with a Victron device would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

@Tom Sawyer

Check if the 18v is the 'nominal' or the actual battery pack voltage.

Eg. Pylontec is a 48v battery but runs at 51v to 52v.
