I am currently planning and executing the upgrade towards lithium on our sailing boat.
With a step by step installation of battery protect,bmv 712, phoenix charger and CL12-100 BMS with the battery bank to the end.
Created below diagram. Two items changed to the current situation.
charger and alternator are now on directly on the main switch. The idea is to connect now the battery bank, alternator/bms + and the phoenix charger by a Victron fuse/busbar (250A) before the main switch.
And transfer the anchor windlass to the starter as we use this one rarely and only with running engine.
Any second thoughts or concerns on this setup?
