How to get the % battery status of the BMV-712 to work?

We have some trouble with the battery % display for our Victron BMV-712. After having changed a damaged cable connecting to the BMV-712 the display turns on but does not show any % of the battery status even after having it charged it to 100% via land electricity. Has anybody had the same problem and can offer some advice?

Is this a new install?

How do you know the battery is at 100%?

Does anything come up on the display?

Please post a screen shot of the battery settings from the Victron connect app.
