this device doesnt work well anymore, its used to charge batteries automatically and be in standby mode,
but now it doesnt charge any more and use the batterie even if there is local electricity...

It happens. Lack of mains recognition is one of the more common failures of the Multib - compact series. Sometimes it can be cured by replacing the control board. See your dealer.
