How can I Edit an .vrsc file? How can I convert it .vcsf?

I try to change the minimum V for shut down for my Multiplus 24/5000/120-100 which is set too high. I get a .vrsc file and then the Victron Conect for Windows only opens .vcsf. What can I do?

Did you download the settings from VRM?

If yes you need to use VE.config to open, edit and save them.
