Can BMV-702 monitor 2 different battery bank voltages

IE one bank at 12v and second at 24v?

Yes it will work - you just need to link the negative poles of the 2 battery banks.

For the 2nd battery bank it only monitors voltage. Only the primary battery bank will have full monitoring of current and SOC%.
