When is discharged with small amount of currency, shunt don't recognize.
I am using small BT speaker, when is on then no currency flow, after some time battery voltage is drop, but charge procent is same.
If I connect other consumer (charging phone) I see discharge current.
My setup
Smart shunt 500
MPPT 30/100
50A lifepo4
Zero calibration not helping

As @nesswill inferred it's probably the current threshold. You can lower this setting, but at the risk of spurious readings. You may have to accept the small inaccuracy. As long as the battery is charged reasonably often, there won't be a problem. These speakers are very low power compared to a cell phone charger.
I lowered current threshold and immediately see reading.

I set first 0.05, but I see that sometimes consumption is less than 0.05 and set up to 0.03
