Quattro or Generator limiting charge current?

Is there a secret potentiometer for adjusting the charge current on a Quattro?

I have never been able to get our Quattro 24/8000/200-2x100 (230v) to charge with more than 160-165A, not the published 200A spec.

I always assumed it was our FLA bank or bussbars / connectors, but now with a new LFP bank, Lynx bussbars and new cables (2 x 2m pairs 70mm2) it's still not able to go above 160ish Amps.

This is charging from a single phase of a fairly balanced Perkins 57kVa 3 phase Stamford generator, 32-45A input limit for Quattro. Good stable 50Hz frequency, but 220v (It can do 73A per phase max) I did try adjusting it to 230V but then it's 53Hz. Either way, it was still only 160A Charge output.

DVCC: 510A Limit charge current

BMS's are calling for full 170A each x 3

Weak AC is off

Dynamic current limiter off

This has been ongoing for 2-3 years, with the old batteries, many Venus updates, settings changes, GUI mods, the only constants are the Quattro, and the generator.

I don't have a scope to check the genny, but I think it should be fine.

Any thoughts?

@Al Charge current is limited to 75% until the Quattro has been programmed.

Quattro manual.
