Skylla 24 TG 100 not charging.

My Skylla 24 TG 100 has stopped charging. The output voltage LED's show the correct voltage, but none of the output current LED's light up. Have checked all the fuses I can find, but there are no blown fuses. Any suggestions for fault finding?
