Fronius not showing slaves on CCGX

Hi.

I have 3 x Symo 20kW which are connected together correctly as I can see all three on the solar.start app and all are reporting to solar.web.

However on the CCGX, I can only see the PV inverter with the datamanager card - it cannot find the other two. The datamanager is connected (LAN) to the same network switch as the LAN cable to the CCGX.

Any advice would really help!
