@fasami oluwaseun Several questions.....
Do you have a grid meter fitted?
Do you have anything connected to the AUX connections?
Are you using an ESS assistant?
Do you have any manual overrides set?
Do you have an export of your VE Configure settings you can share?
Do you have a grid meter fitted? NO
Do you have anything connected to the AUX connections? NO
Are you using an ESS assistant? YES
Do you have any manual overrides set? NO
how do I go about this?
I don't have the export of your VE Configure settings.
is it acceptable to share the link to the site with you?
For example, I have attached a copy of mine.
Any links you share should be read only information.

@fasami oluwaseun You mentioned you have a ESS assistant set up but am I correct in saying you are connected to a generator, or is that just a profile you have set up to avoid polling from the grid with a contactor? I do not see your ESS assistant settings in the above.
In your settings, you have 'Inverter DC restart voltage 52.50 V' but your bettery is 52.4v therefore your inverter will not operate with the current battery voltage and the settings you have. IF the PV is not charging the batteries, and you have no charge settings to the betteries, your Multiplus will be stuck in 'passthru'.
we set the ESS assistance at the initial stage but on the occurrence of the pass-thru mode, we had to override by unchecking the ESS.
Yes, set the inverter DC restart voltage to 52.50v but the diffident levels of battery voltage like 52.6,52.7, etc the pass-thru keeps occurring.
PLEASE...kindly guide me on what to do based on this info and export report of my VE Configure setting.
even, I also experienced pass-thru today again. am worried about this?
kindly find the screenshot of today's event.
I NEED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ....PLS GUIDE ME.
