charging issue

Hello, cerbo firmware v3.20~30
Cheap hour graph shows charging but not charging battery, software bug?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

more details about your system would be needed to analyse this. is this recent change after firmware update? Have you tried rolling back to previous firmware?

it happened again today morning.

v3.20~30 and v3.13~1 same issue with both, haven't tried reinstalling the older software.

It looks like this was caused by us setting the grid to battery restrictions too strict during high price hours (which were defined as buy price - cycle costs > sell price). This was the case during 9-10 on December the second on your site. Today we've replaced that logic by less strict rules. So this should be fixed now. But please let me know if it happens again (you can tag me).
