Connecting 2 PV inverters to Multiplus 2 GX

I have a Multiplus 2 GX with pylontech batteries. I currently have a PV inverter system connected up to the AC Out side of the Multiplus so that the batteries are recharged during a power cut. This has a CT sensor wired into the T-sense terminals and shows on the dashboard as PV Inverter

I now want to add a much larger array of PV panels on to the AC-In (Grid) side of the Multiplus (since they would overload the system if run through the Multiplus) leaving the other one on the AC-Out side. My questions are:

- Can I add a second CT sensor, possibly into the AUX 1 terminals?

- If so will it show separately on the VRM dashboard?

Not sure you can connect a 2nd CT.

But what you can do, is either get a Fronius inverter for your ACin side (I highly recommend)

Or/and buy a victron energy meter https://www.victronenergy.com/meters-and-sensors/energy-meter

Thank you. Unfortunately the 2nd inverter has already been bought and is a Solax X1 8. Can this be linked directly to the Victron Multiplus GX or should I connect it up via a Victron meter?

I know this works with Fronius (one on AC out and one on AC in). Not sure about Solax if it get's picked up in VRM. Doesn't hurt to try, just make sure they are in the same local network.

Seems not, judging by this thread - https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/63602/mp-2-ac-coupled-with-solax-inverter.html

Best bet at this point is to use CT meter + another meter from Victron such as these https://www.victronenergy.com/meters-and-sensors/energy-meter
