Line in Charging limited to 19 amps

I have a Quattro Inverter/Charger, BMV712, and Cerbo, 48v/400a/hr. Lithium. Somehow/Somewhere I limited my charging input to 19amps and cant for the life of me figure out how to change it. Whenever I try to change the value it defaults back to 19 amps. I am off grid, and would like to set the value lower so I can use my (quiet) EU2200 for slow charges on cloudy days... Any help is appreciated, Thank you!!

Is this 19Amps on the AC/generator?

Or 19 amps charge measured to the battery itself?
