Quattro keeps disconnecting from the grid - not switching to pass through

Hello,

I have a system consisting of the following (1) Venus GX, (4) 10 KVA Quattros, (3) Fronius 8.2 kW Primo inverters (connected on the AC-Out) and (24) Pylontech US2000B batteries (4 piles of 6 batteries connected via the LV Hub to the Can Port).

The system constantly switches the "Mains" off whenever the load on AC-Out 1 spikes. It goes into "Inverting" mode and acts as if the grid has failed even though power remains at the AC-In line. As a result, the ESS function ignores the Battery Optimise SOC limit and draws all power from the batteries causing a low battery alarm and shutting off the system entirely. This basically creates a "power cut" at the site which is easily rectified by flipping the bypass switch and allowing the grid to flow directly to the house as if the system was not installed.

This can not be how the system is intended to operate. What can be causing this to happen?

Thanks.

Please confirm that you have read the following manuals which describe how the system is intended to operate:

https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ac_coupling:fronius

https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ccgx:ccgx_fronius

Then please check and confirm that the Fronius inverters are correctly configured and are being recognised by the Venus GX.

This is a big system, and you should be in contact with your distributor for support in this case as there may be issues that cannot be resolved on the community.
