Is there any other way I can monitor my battery system without being connected via the internet the installer changed my blue tooth dongles to a Venus gx when changing my old batteries to lithium batteries. I don’t want this solar system using my internet connection.

If you're worried over data usage, it's very minimal. I could possibly round up published figures if you like, just ask.
