smart MPPT 100/30 led blink every 3 sec at bulk mode

I have version 1.39 for both controllers but only one blink every 3 sec. Both are charging at similar load why?

Can you confirm which LED is blinking and when/under what conditions it does this?

Mark, is blinking all the time on all the conditions, even float condition. it is always the bulk Led. To add more detail of the situation, i noticed that both controllers are charging normally at Bulk and absorption but only one charging at Float mode. Thanks
