Initial Battery Charging - When to Stop?

Hi All,

So, I have two LFP-Smart 12,8/200 batteries.

I have a bench power supply set to 10 Amps (less than C/20) and 14.2V

I am planning on using the bench power supply to charge each battery seperately before installing in a series but am wondering how to tell when these batteries will be at 100% as I want to avoid overcharging?

Do I just leave it on for several hours and will I see absorption go to a zero on the power supply or should I just have the BMS connected already to monitor??

Thanks.

@MattyAppleseed It is best to follow the procedures outlined in the Smart Lithium Battery manual.

It would be a good idea to read the whole manual.
