If you plan on installing a CERBOGX/Display, is the Bluetooth built into the SmartSolar MPPT really necessary? What am I missing out on by using either one or the other as opposed to both? (If you have both what would you do in future?)

CerboGX and the SmartSolar -- Are both necessary?
If you have a GX, it is not totally necessary to have the smarts on the mppt.
To be honest I like the BT on the mppt it makes initial setup and firmware updates easier.
But pretty much all the new mppts have the smarts now so there isn't much in the way to avoided it.
