VRM Updates Freezing

Hello,

I have a small issue with my EVCS and community ask me to update EVCS firmware.


In VRM>> Device list >> firmware update, not working. Screen is freezed on first step.

Issue with servers ?


What I already have tried.


Change from network to 4G network

Reset Cerbo GX

Logout, loggin on VRM......


I am lost, last update via VRM has worked fine.

The VRM is undergoing some work. A few of the services will not be working as expected.
