I bought a second-hand VenusGX. It can see the internet just fine - I even downloaded new firmware for it. Is it possible to change it across to my VRM account?

Add it as if it was new using the VRM I'd number, then the request will be sent to the original owners to add you, if they haven't already removed the GX from their account.
Otherwise contact wherever you purchased it from.
If that does not work then you will have to use the Victron official support channel.
@AlexyK Go to your VRM > Settings > General > "Replace the GX Device of this installation" and follow the procedure.
