My Multiplus inverts ok, but will not charge from either shore power or from the generator. I know the multiplus is OK, so what other things should I have checked?

Does the battery need a charge? Or is it at its target voltage?
Input current limit? Can it cover loads and charge as well.
Is the internal charger enabled and configured in programming?
Hi Alexandra. Batteries very much need a charge when I start the generator. Sorry, I don't know the settings in the unit, but it worked last year, so assuming the settings are OK. I am wondering what things outside the Multiplus could give this issue. We've already checked that input from the generator is within the spec limits of 95-140V, 45-65 Hz. Is there anything else downstream of the Multiplus which could cause the problem?
More likely upstream if the unit is inverting. Fuse/breaker on the input.
Have you checked for AC at the input connection?
Is the voltage present on the input terminals of the inverter?
Do you hear the inverter humming to connect and any clicking?
