New Global Link 520 updating infrequently

Hi, I installed the Global Link 520 yesterday, connected to a Smartshunt. I was able to monitor the 2 through bluetooth, and then connected to VRM so that when I went away from the site I was able to see the 15 min updates.

Since this morning, the updates have stopped every 15 mins and I have had one update in the last 4 hours. I am remote from the site so can't see what is happening, but even if I go to site I don't expect I'll be able to tell what's happening.

Has anyone got any experience of inconsistent VRM updates and how to solve?

This is not how I need to use the product!

I've had to restart the 520 twice to get it to start updating, screenshots before and after. What doesn't make sense to me is that Last Transmission shows as Never, when it had sent data. It's also a good LTE-M connection, so I can't work out why it is dropping the connection to VRM.
