SmartSolar 100/30 Stops Charging when Additional Loads are added

I replaced a Sunexplorer Controller with the Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30. If the Controller is wired directly into the battery (a 200AH Lithium), it charges just fine. If I add any other loads to the Battery (either directly or indirectly) the Controller Stops Working, shows volts but no watts. Any ideas?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I can't think of a reason why it would do that apart from if you connect it to something that increases the measured battery voltage above the charge voltage setpoint (like another battery or charge source).

Are you sure that you are only connecting 'loads'?

Could you provide some screen image from Victor Connect with & without the load connected?

Thanks Mark. I can’t do a screen shot now - but will when I get back to the RV. I do not have the RV on shore power and the converter is off.
