Venus VE.Bus Connection

Hi, I have this case: I tried to connect my Venus GX to a Quattros who is in a 2 phase 120°, but they have the next firmware: 2753150 cuz they are installed a long time ago since 2013. Is this the problem? Because when I tried to connected the Quattros swicht to another state.
