Third party Battery compatibility with Cerbo GX

Dear all,

I am using Multi Plus II inverter/Charger and Cerbo GX with a third party battery. (Felicity Solar 15kW 48V) I tried to connect the battery to my Cerbo GX but failed. I tried with cables fabricated by me.

The battery supplier (Felicity Solar) confirmed that their battery is compatible with Victron. Attached the compatibility list herewith. Can anyone let me know whether they have tested this communication with Felicity batteries. F so please let me know the procedure.
