Mutiplus FW update via VRM portal

I have the mutiplus 300 120v model. it accepts the 27 series fw update

im running v4.73

i see that v 5.06 is available


if i update from the VRM portal, will i loose all config data?

, or will it cover the setting after the upgrade?


please advise

During the update it downloads the settings and you have to upload them after the update.

There is a step by step video in that manual that shows you the exact procedure -

can i update the old saved setting from the portal AFTER the update?

or do i have to use the veflash app or some other sw

@waninae39 You can use the VRM > Device List > Remote VEConfigure to download the current settings, and then use VRM > Device List > Firmware update. After the firmware update, upload the VEConfigure file back to your Multi same as downloading it.
