Orion tr Smart 12-12/18 worked fine for several years now not charging

Hi,

Pulling my hair out. I have a victron system in my campervan with lithium batteries. All worked fine for a couple of years but now the Orion has stopped charging all together.


It shows input and output voltage correctly and detects when engine is running and shows that it is going to bulk charge mode but does not increase the output voltage to the batteries at all.

Any ideas? Checked all connections and fuses and measured voltage at input and output using a multimeter and it agrees with what the appp is showing....

I would suggest checking all your connections, breakers, fuses, etc. A slightly loose connection in the circuit can cause this sort of behavior pretty easily, and in mobile installations that are being subjected to road vibration in addition to the normal heat-cycling of charging/discharging, connections not only can loosen but absolutely will loosen over time.
