I am trying to update my Smart Shunt firmware from my phone but it's been at 25% for a half hour. The lights on the on the shunt are alternating red and blue indicating that it still thinks it's updating but it seems stuck. What should I do?

Firmware update stuck at 25%
Update on this. I ignored the warning not to leave the app while updating and then went back in and started the update again. It worked.
