Issues with 3 groups of 12v batteries

Our boat has a 12v 5Kw Quattro connected to 14 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries. The batteries are in three groups - two groups of five batteries and one group of four batteries. Each group is connected in parallel with copper bars between the batteries and cables to positive and negative bus bars.

We have three issues. Firstly, the Quattro shows a voltage on average 1v lower than the voltage of the battery terminals (which matches the voltage shown on the BMV 700). Why?

Secondly, we often get low voltage alarms, even when the system shows 85% charge. Does this indicate the batteries are failing?

Thirdly, one group of batteries does not seem to be discharging - if I connect to this group via bluetooth, it always shows it's at 100% capacity. How could this happen?

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Voltage drop indicates wiring issues, faulty connections. Unused group also indicates wiring issues or a blow fuse.
